ROTATIONAL INTERIOR MANAGER 100M+
We are seeking an experienced Interior Manager to join a 100m+ dual-season private/charter yacht with a heavy charter program and exceptional standards.Â
The role:
- Dual-season Med/Caribbean private/charter program
- Heavy charter schedule with excellent tip potential
- Rotational Interior Manager position, working back-to-back with an established IM (approx. 2 years)
- Start date: end of April 2026
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Interior Manager experience on 100m+ (non-negotiable)
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced charter environment
- Strong leadership ability with proven experience managing large interior teams
- Advanced leadership course beneficial
- Excellent references and proven longevity (minimum 18 months on previous vessels)
