ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEWARDESS 70M+
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess for an exciting opportunity aboard a unique 70m+ support vessel travelling to off-the-beaten-track destinations around the world. This vessel forms part of a larger fleet and offers a dynamic, adventurous program.
The role:
• Assist in leading and managing the interior team
• Oversee all interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, and guest service
• Work closely with the Captain and senior crew to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and presentation
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and interior budgeting
• Ensure guest areas and cabins are maintained to an exceptional standard
• Start date: April
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience within the yachting industry
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience as Chief Stewardess on 50m+, or 2–3 years in an HOD department role on a larger vessel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Highly organised with a proactive and hands-on approach
• Fleet/Support vessel experience highly desirable
