Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sole Chef to join a 55m motor yacht based in France. In this permanent role, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for a crew of 13, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Your duties will include menu development, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized galley. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, a strong culinary background, and the ability to cater to diverse dietary preferences. Familiarity with Mediterranean cuisine is preferred, along with the capability to work efficiently in a small team environment. As the Sole Chef, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience on board, contributing to both crew morale and operational efficiency.
