Summary
Seeking a strong Lead Service to join a 80m Private M/Y with a busy program. This is a hands-on interior role suited to someone confident in all aspects of service, who is hardworking, proactive, and a dependable crew member. The vessel operates with frequent guest trips including weekends and longer cruising periods. The crew onboard are active, professional, and team-oriented, with a shared interest in health and fitness, which also aligns with the owner's lifestyle. The right candidate will be polished, detail-focused, and have at least 1 year experience on 50m+ yachts.
Must be confident in the following service styles: buffet (breakfast & lunch), silver and synchronized service and happy to be solo behind the bar making cocktails. Previous experience in sundowners, flower care, coffees and inventory management are also essential.

Start Date: ASAP
Compensation Package: Salary: DOE (EUR) / Leave: 90 days per year (unstructured) / Discretionary 13-month bonus
Skills & Attributes
- Minimum 1 season experience as Lead/2nd Stew on 50m+
- Strong in formal service and cocktail making
- Excellent attention to detail and team management
- Interest in fitness and staying active, particularly running and/or cycling

Qualifications Required
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Valid Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Valid Schengen/EU Visa
