Overview
The Commercial Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties to support the Commercial Teams. They ensure the smooth flow of information and follow up on any activities related to the marketing, the sale, the charter, and the operations of the yacht. They are also in charge of performing general office duties.
Day to Day tasks
The duties of the commercial assistant are to empower the commercial departments: Sales, Retail charter, Charter marketing, and Yacht Management, helping them to perform better & faster. The main responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the below:
· Assisting the brokers in their day-to-day tasks: proposals, selections, contracts…
· Office Management, general admin, and basic bookkeeping
· Events coordination
· Travel arrangements
Skills
· Microsoft Suite
· High School Degree
· Experience in the yachting industry
· Native in English, and second language Spanish. Third language is a plus (French, Italian).
Character
· Ability to work under pressure
· Well-presented and business-like
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
· Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
· Excellent organization skills
· Ability to work for different people at once, prioritize and multi-task.
