Minimum 1 year experience as a First Mate on similar size vessels
Safe and competent tender driving experience Essential
Excellent hands-on leader for the deck crew

Qualifications:
Yacht Master (Preferred)
STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
B1/B2 Visa
Schengen Visa if passport requires
