Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head of Housekeeping for a private 100m+ motor yacht
We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our busy program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as HOH on large yachts, strong management, back-of-house skills, and excellent references.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role on a like sized vessel
- STCW, ENG1, F&H level 2
- Drivers license
- Schengen Visa
- Confident leader with a calm, approachable and professional demeanor
- Well-presented, personable, and able to motivate and train a diverse team of five housekeeping stewardesses
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards
- Strong admin skills, to be in charge of inventories.

Location: Maldives
Salary: DOE
Leave: 3:3 rotation
