Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sole Chef for a 27m Motor Yacht
Qualifications:
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 medical
- Proven experience as a sole chef on similar sized programs
- Culinary certificates
- Food and Hygiene
- EU passport
- Driving licence
Requirements:
- Strong Mediterranean yacht experience
- Experience with a variety of cuisines
- Organised, clean, and efficient
- Able to provide strong references
- Confident in plating for 6-10 guests
- Experience in SOF, Italian Riviera, Corsica and Sardegna
Start Date: April 1
Salary: 5000 EUR
Leave: 40 days
Itinerary: Med based, Home berth France.
