Summary

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Sole Chef for a 27m Motor Yacht

Qualifications:

  • Valid STCW certification
  • Valid ENG1 medical
  • Proven experience as a sole chef on similar sized programs
  • Culinary certificates
  • Food and Hygiene
  • EU passport
  • Driving licence


Requirements:

  • Strong Mediterranean yacht experience
  • Experience with a variety of cuisines
  • Organised, clean, and efficient
  • Able to provide strong references
  • Confident in plating for 6-10 guests
  • Experience in SOF, Italian Riviera, Corsica and Sardegna


Start Date: April 1

Salary: 5000 EUR

Leave: 40 days

Itinerary: Med based, Home berth France.
