Salary: €3,150 per month
Leave:Â 60 days per year
Bonus: 13th Month (Captain’s discretion)
A 63m Motor Yacht is seeking a hardworking, motivated Deckhand to join their tight-knit and high-performing deck team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build longevity and progression within the yachting industry.
You will be joining a vessel known for its exceptional onboard dynamic, built on teamwork, respect, and a genuinely positive atmosphere. The crew are largely healthy and fitness-oriented, while still enjoying a balanced, social environment off duty.
The team is looking for someone who thrives in a low-ego, team-first environment and is ready to work hard, learn quickly, and contribute to a busy program. The vessel will be completing an Atlantic crossing before heading into a Mediterranean summer season.
Candidates who bring additional skills to enhance the guest experience will be prioritized — particularly those confident with drone flying and photography /videography.Â
Requirements
- Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster Offshore
- Powerboat Level 2 (PBL2)
- PWC Instructor
- STCW + PDSD (valid)
- ENG1 (valid)
- B1/B2 Visa
- 6 months plus deckhand experience
