Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced AV/IT Officer (ETO) to join a private 70m motor yacht with a mid-March start date.
The successful candidate will be responsible primarily for the vessel’s AV/IT infrastructure and electrical systems, while also providing occasional support to the Engine Department when required.
The Engine Department consists of a Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, and ETO.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Required:
Maintenance and troubleshooting of AV/IT systems and electrical systems
Strong electrical/electronic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience with systems such as Crestron, Dante Audio, Lutron, and Unity (OmniAccess)
Knowledge of networking and onboard AV integration systems
AutoCAD / Autodesk experience would be beneficial
Package & Details:
Private vessel – single season operation
Permanent contract
Salary: €7,500 DOE per month
13th discretionary bonus
Leave: 60 days annual leave NEG
Cabin: Shared with the Second Engineer during the season, own cabin off-season
Candidates with commercial ETO experience will be considered, provided they have a minimum of 1 year of yachting experience.
