We are seeking an experienced Captain for a 38m motor yacht operating privately with light charter activity in the USA and Bahamas.
The ideal candidate will have proven charter experience on similar-sized vessels and a strong understanding of both owner and guest expectations. We are looking for a confident leader with excellent communication skills, solid crew management abilities, and a professional, hands-on approach to vessel operations.
The right candidate will demonstrate longevity in previous roles, strong navigational expertise, and the ability to maintain high operational and safety standards at all times. Candidates with relevant experience on comparable programs will be prioritized.
