Winch Yacht Recruitment is currently looking for a strong Chase Boat Captain to take good care of a Windy SR52 and a few other large tenders onboard this 100m Private MY. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience, ideally with 2 of these being onboard 70m+ yachts. You will be a very very strong tender driver, and be able to show a previous position of a similar nature within your cv. This is a very active private yacht with a lot of owners use, so you must be someone who does not take much to motivate. And be someone who take pride in the vessels that you drive on s daily basis. During down time, you will also be expected too train the more junior deck crew onboard with regards to tender driving, with aim to have the all at the same level by the start of the following season. This will help the vessel to trust other crew while you are away on your rotation, without having to rely on the officers all of the time. When you are not driving the tenders, you will muck in just like everyone else onboard and resume the normal expected deck duties. So you must already be up to scratch with deck product knowledge, mooring procedures, maintenance, and safety drills etc. This really is a great vessel with a longstanding crew, who the owners show gratitude towards for showing loyalty.
