A 35m Private M/Y is seeking a talented and experienced Seasonal Sole Chef to join for a Med-based program.

- The vessel operates privately within the Mediterranean, with a mix of light cruising and guest trips throughout the season.
- The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and confident managing the galley solo
- Preparing and delivering breakfast, lunch, and dinner for owners and guests
- Producing a combination of fresh, light Mediterranean cuisine and refined plated dining
- Catering to dietary preferences and requirements with flexibility
- Full responsibility for menu planning, provisioning, and budgeting
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards
- Keeping the galley organised, clean, and efficient at all times
- Preparing crew meals as required
- Previous experience as a Sole Chef on 30m+ yachts
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and modern European cuisine
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Calm, positive personality with a strong team ethic

- The contract will start from 1st May - 1st October
