Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated deckhand to join a professionally run 37m motor yacht operating a busy charter program. This is permanent, ideal for a career-minded crew member looking for long-term stability and progression.
Requirements:
- Proven charter experience on similar-sized vessels
- Valid B1/B2 visa
- Non-smoker
- Motivated safety-focused mindset, and excellent guest interaction skills
Responsibilities include:
- Exterior maintenance
- Tender driving (28' tow behind tender)
- Water sports - must have practical experience with efoils, water skiing, wake boarding.
- Participating in safety checks and drills
- Occasional dish washing on charter - unless the Captain and Engineer do it first, but then you don't get dessert.
- Supporting a high-end charter guest experience
