We are seeking an experienced and proactive Deckhand to join a 38m private motor yacht in Italy for the 2026 summer season. The successful candidate will be responsible for deck maintenance, ensuring the vessel is kept in top condition, and performing wash-downs, detailing, and teak care with a high level of autonomy. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in the yachting industry, with proven competency in tender operations and driving. The role requires self-management skills, allowing you to work independently without constant supervision. Essential qualifications include a valid STCW, ENG1, and Powerboat Level 2 (or equivalent).
