Summary

Start Date: 1st April

We are currently looking for a professional Yacht Chef to join a busy charter program starting 1 April.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (essential)
  • Experienced in international cuisines (Mediterranean, Asian, healthy, fine dining, etc.)
  • Previous busy charter experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with crew and guests
  • Italian language skills preferred
  • Organized, clean, and capable of high-level presentation
  • HACCP knowledge preferred
  • No alcohol issues

  • Flexible and solution-oriented
  • Strong provisioning and galley management skills
  • Able to adapt menus according to guest preferences

This is a demanding but rewarding position for a motivated Chef who enjoys high standards and dynamic charter operations.
