We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join this vessel in the Caribbean. Shares a guest twin cabin with the CS. The owners like to eat a healthy Mediterranean diet with mainly fresh fish, no red meat, no gluten, no lactose. They like a variety of cuisines from Mexican to Thai to French. The next trip will be in the Bahamas then New England this summer, The Caribbean next winter then back to Med next summer 2027. Females only due to cabin arrangements.
