Salary: TBC
Bonus: Annual (performance-based)

Annual Leave: 4 months (4:2 rotation)
Cruising Plans: FGN – typically Med summers / USA & Caribbean Winters
Registration: Yacht – IoM - Commercially registered (full ISM/ISPS)
Training: Application & approval required - Reimbursed after 1 yr
Job Description
The Deck Hand is responsible to the Chief Officer for any duties delegated to him, with or without the involvement of the Second Officer & Third Officer who are responsible for day-to-day deck operations.
Duties will include general maintenance, painting, varnishing, cleaning, general repair work, bridge watches, launching and recovering tenders, assisting guests with tenders and toys.
The Deck Hand will be expected to actively participate in all training exercises, drills, and safety meetings. He should have an interest to progress in the industry and be looking towards their next qualification.
