Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deckhand holding ideally a Yacht Master to join the crew aboard a 50m motor yacht operating a private and charter program.
This role includes serving as a deckhand on the mothership while also acting as Tender Driver and primary caretaker of the 46ft tender, with a strong emphasis on detailing and upkeep during trips.
The program operates primarily in Florida and The Bahamas, with a potential charter in April. The vessel may remain in The Bahamas during this period.
Key Responsibilities
46ft Tender (Primary Focus):
- Operate as Tender Driver (Captain’s License required)
- Maintain immaculate condition of the 46ft tender
- Daily washdowns, detailing, polishing, and systems checks
- Prepare tender for guest activities and charters
- Ensure safety and readiness at all times
Aboard 50m:
- Assist with all standard deck operations
- Line handling, anchoring, docking procedures
- Water sports setup and guest service
- Washdowns, polishing, teak care, and general maintenance
- Support charter operations and guest experience
