Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Captain for a 40m Cayman Islands–flagged motor yacht, with an immediate start available.
The vessel operates on a private program with a seasonal itinerary including summers in the Northeast, winters in the Caribbean/Bahamas, and plans for the 2027 Mediterranean season.
Proven experience in the Northeast, Caribbean/Bahamas and Mediterranean is essential. The successful candidate must be confident navigating these areas and familiar with the operational, berthing, and guest logistics unique to the region. Experience on a similar size vessel in these cruising areas is a must.

Candidate requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as Captain on similar-sized vessels in cruising areas listed above.
• Strong leadership, paperwork, and communication skills
• Excellent local knowledge of the Caribbean, Bahamas, Northeast and Mediterranean.
• High standards for safety, vessel operations, and guest experience
• Non-smoker
