Summary

We are looking for 2-3 temp deckhands to cover annual leave for up to 8 weeks. There are also two permanent crew making moves elsewhere after some long service, so the opportunity to succeed and get on a super busy charter program is real.

You will stay onboard, be fully familiarized and hold watches In Port whilst onboard. Ideally the temps will have a variety of experiences between them, a navigational watch rating (NWR) certificate is a must. We have good longevity, mostly from the delivery in 2024 from a Norther European Shipyard.

To be successful onboard, attitude is everything, drama free, willingness to learn, no clock watching. What needs to be done is done before the day finishes. If successful 2 of the Temps will be given permanent contracts and come with us to Europe for the Summer Charter season.

Must have all seafaring certificates, travel docs, in date and ready to start work. Please do not apply of you do not fulfill the NWR certificate criteria as you will be onboard for the crossing to the Med and hold watches with the OOW. This role offers a lot of sea time, watch-keeping and potential charter tips.
