Itinerary: potentially Indian Ocean, TBC
License: STCW, Seafarer's Medical, Food Hygiene L2, Advanced Management & Leadership Training. Valid Driving Licence is preferred
Job description: The chosen candidate will report to the Head Of Service & 2nd stewadress and be responsible for cleaning and food service. As well as assisting guests during emergency procedures, coaching and leading the team during absence of Head of Service & 2nd stew. Should be familiar in and able to coach team members in all areas of service (storage, inventory, provisioning, detailing, guest service, cigars, training & development & administration). We are looking for someone who can lead by example, motivate and inspire other team members.
Salary: 4,400 EUR consolidated leave
