Summary
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Spa/Service Stewardess to join a well-established 86m Private/Charter M/Y. We are looking for a responsible candidate who can take initiative and work independently, as this role requires a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail. We work for exceptional owners and offer a highly competitive package. The yacht operates dual season, private and charter, spending summers in the Med and winters in the Caribbean/US. The interior consists of a team of 10, with 2 Spa Stewardesses on at the same time. Do not apply unless you meet the requirements as only qualified candidates will be considered.
Package:
- Start date: 1st of April
- 4:2 Rotation
- Salary: Above industry standard.
- Performance based bonus scheme. Additional months’ salary per year, capped at 4 years
- Training offered and supported for immediate progression relevant to role, repaid 1 year post training
Requirements:
- Female candidate due to cabin arrangements
- 1+ years’ experience in service on a similar sized vessel
- Proven longevity on similar sized vessel
- All maritime certification up to date including refreshers
- B1B2, Schengen, and other relevant visas in hand
- Minimum of NVQ level 3 Massage Diploma (or equivalent)
- Hair and/or make-up training a plus
- Yoga / Pilates cert a plus

The role is divided between service and spa responsibilities, but must be willing to jump in where needed. The candidate will work closely with the Interior Manager and the other onboard Spa Stewardess to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the high standards of both spas on board.
Key spa duties include managing inventories, creating order sheets, maintaining guest preferences/consultation forms, and updating spa menus etc.
