Our client is looking for a Sole Chef to join this incredible 20m+ Private & Charter Sailing Catamaran currently in the Med.
The have a busy Med season coming with a fantastic mix of owner use as well as chartering around Croatia and Sardinia.
You will be joining a close-knit crew of 3 who love to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying eating healthy, hitting the gym and spending time in the water.
The idea candidate will have 5 years in the industry or come from high end land-based restaurants and strong focus on healthy, fresh cuisine, with a lifestyle that reflects this approach. The owners enjoy a dining style predominantly focused on quality ingredients and health-conscious dishes that are delicious and presented in an elevated plating.
If you have fine dining or Michelin experince that would be a bonus!

Salary: 8000 eur per month plus tips
