We are looking for a skilled Chase Boat Captain to join a seasonal operation in Spain aboard a 90m Wajer 77 chase boat, supporting a private motor yacht in the Mediterranean. The Captain will be responsible for safe navigation, boat handling, and maintenance of the vessel while ensuring seamless integration with the mothership's crew. Ideal candidates will hold a commercially endorsed RYA Yacht Master Offshore or higher, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Experience in operating similar-sized vessels and a background in mechanical and cosmetic maintenance are essential. The role requires a commitment to high safety standards and exceptional service, as well as the ability to lead by example in a dynamic environment.
