Summary

Position: Stewardess

Vessel: 47m Private Motor Yacht (Light Charter)

Itinerary: Alaska (Summer) | Caribbean (Nov–Dec Charters)

We are seeking a professional, positive, and proactive Stewardess to join a well-run 47m private motor yacht with light charter use. The vessel cruises to Alaska for the summer season before returning to the Caribbean for select charters in November and December.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit, supportive crew working with lovely owners who genuinely value and respect their team. Longevity is important to us — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the program and become part of the family. The position involves rotating through laundry, housekeeping and service, which promotes a well-balanced work enviroment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Female (due to cabin arrangements)
  • Some prior experience on similar sized yachts (40m+)
  • Polished, well-presented, and confident in front of guests
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • No-drama mindset with a team-player attitude
  • Enjoys being part of a close crew dynamic
  • Eager to learn and develop skills
  • Happy to assist other departments when required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

This position would suit a stewardess who is confident in her foundational skills and ready to take the next step in a positive, well-balanced program with excellent owners and crew morale. If you are enthusiastic, professional, and excited about combining adventure cruising with a warm team environment, we would love to hear from you.
