32m Private/Charter Sailing Yacht based in the Med looking for a driven, career-focused Mate with sailing experience

Hands on sailing experience

We are not looking for a season hopper. We want someone proactive, reliable, hands-on and committed to becoming an integral part of the team.

You should be:

Technically confident and safety minded

Comfortable working independently

Detail-oriented and proud of your work

Be able to run a deck team of 2

Have strong sailing experience

START DATE: ASAP

ITINERARY: Med summer 2026

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
