2026 cruising will include the Mediterranean with future plans to go further afield
They have Active private owners with a varied schedule including family cruising and larger social occasions

The Role
This is a dual-position role:
- 90% Deckhand duties
- 10% Medic responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- First response to onboard medical incidents
- Leading and participating in drills
- Delivering crew medical training
- Full involvement in deck operations, maintenance, and watersports
- Integrating into a professional and well-structured deck team
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have an Extensive background in A&E, Trauma, Ambulance, or Military Medic roles
- Recognised medical qualification essential
- Strong hands-on trauma experience required
- Confident leading training sessions and emergency drills
- Open to candidates new to yachting (must be eager to learn deck operations)
- Male or female
- Any nationality considered (must hold Schengen visa if non-EU passport holder)
Package
- €4,000 starting salary (flexible for candidates with strong deck experience)
- 3:1 rotation
- Owner bonus: 50% of daily salary for each day the owner is onboard
