Position: Chief Steward/Stewardess,
Attributes: Open to Male or Female candidates, fit, active, and fun. A great attitude, and a willingness to learn is key.
Vessel: 60m Private & charter yacht, with a great crew. Very nice owner
Current location: France
Number of crew: 12 total, On Interior - x2 Stew, 2nd Stew, Chief Stew.
Itinerary: SoF, Summer Western Med, Italy, Spain.
Leave: 60 days per year, upon completion of 3 month probation period
Salary: Industry standards, DoE
Bonus: Bonus payment after a year, (explained during interview)
Courses: Case by case, but encouraged & Provided by vessel.
Min qualifications: STCW, ENG1, DSD, F&H Lvl 2, Driving License
Additional attributes: Good well rounded with all aspects of Interior, charter experience, confident running an interior team for both private and charter. Confidence in dealing with charter guests & Social Media Management. Wine management experience a must.

Chief Steward/Stewardess
Attention to detail, attitude, enthusiasm, candidate needs the correct attitude and ability to listen, learn, and improve. The fit and ability to integrate into the current crew is also very important someone to teach and lead the interior team, while dealing with the crew as a whole.
• MUST be highly organised in dealing with guest plans & Itinerary.
• MUST be able to have patience is dealing with owners/guests
• Looking for an experienced Stew looking to take that next step.

• Capable of dealing with Interior accounts and management.
