Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Chief Stewardess to join a 40m private yacht with a dynamic, dual‑environment program that includes both yacht operations and service at a private residence.
Key Information:
- Start Date: 1 April 2026 (or earlier)
- Location: Mediterranean Sea (April - October), Private residence (Switzerland/France/ Italy)
- Crew: 8; Guests: Up to 10
- Salary: market competitive
- Contract: permanent Monaco maritime contract
- Employment subject to Monaco Labour Office approval & medical clearance
Candidate Profile:
- European nationalities only (due to flag compliance)
- Min 2-3 years on same yacht with the same Owner
- Languages: fluent Italian, English and French are required
- IT skills: good general proficiency, experience with inventory apps is a plus
- Solid professional references from previous employment
Licences and qualifications:
- Valid STCW95
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
- Security Awareness
- Strong silver service experience
- Excellent housekeeping and laundry management skills
- Strong provisioning experience (yacht and residence)
- Skilled in cocktail preparation and bartending
- Inventory management
Role & responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the interior department
- Delivering high-end silver service for Owners and guests
- Overseeing housekeeping and laundry to impeccable standards
- Managing inventories using IDEA / Sortly software
- Coordinating provisioning for yacht and residence
- Creating and serving cocktails / bartending when required
- Leading, training, and mentoring interior crew
- Maintaining excellent communication with the Captain and Chef
- Ensuring guest comfort, discretion, and service excellence at all times
