FLAG: TBD (currently switching flags from US to Cayman)
Cruising Itinerary: Florida, Bahamas, New England

An experienced and professional Captain or established Captain/Stewardess (or Captain–Stewardess/Cook) Team is sought for a privately operated 90’ motor yacht with seasonal cruising throughout Florida, the Bahamas, and New England. This is a well-managed program seeking long-term placement with candidates who demonstrate leadership, discretion, and a strong commitment to safety and guest service excellence. This vessel will travel with the owners larger yacht at times.
Captain – Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as Captain or senior officer on comparable-sized motor yachts
- Demonstrated experience navigating and operating in Florida, Bahamas, and New England waters
- Appropriate USCG Master License (or equivalent international certification)
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Bahamian maritime regulations
- Proven leadership and crew management ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Safe navigation, vessel operation, and regulatory compliance
- Passage planning, weather routing, and voyage execution
- Oversight of maintenance, engineering coordination, and shipyard periods
- Budget oversight and reporting to ownership.
- Crew management and onboard leadership
- Ensuring a safe, professional, and high-quality guest experience
Stewardess / Stewardess-Cook – Qualifications & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience aboard motor yachts of similar size or greater.
- Strong service background with attention to detail and guest presentation
- Culinary proficiency for guest meal preparation (for Stewardess/Cook applicants)
- Excellent housekeeping standards
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Interior management and presentation to superyacht standards
- Guest service, provisioning, and event preparation
- Meal planning and preparation (if applying as Stewardess/Cook)
- Inventory management and interior organization

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Start date is flexible.
