On behalf of a spacious commercial Malta flagged Benetti 116' Mediterraneo we are looking for an exceptional Italian Chef to join the established crew of 6 for the upcoming Mediterranean season.
Seasonal contract - April to end of October 2026.
Cruising Area: South of France, Italy, with a potential end to the season in Greece
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to showcase refined, high end Mediterranean cuisine in a dynamic charter environment. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and consistency, delivering restaurant quality dining experiences tailored to discerning charter guests.
Essential Requirements:
- Italian nationality or strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine
- Proven ability to deliver high end Mediterranean cuisine
- Experience catering for up to 12 guests at luxury standards/ high end restaurant experience
- Strong provisioning skills, sourcing fresh, seasonal produce from local markets
- Excellent menu planning and time management skills
Charter yacht experience is a plus but not essential for a chef who demonstrates adaptability, strong organisation, and confidence working within the unique demands of a yacht environment.
