Yacht: 24m Sailing Yacht - Malta flag
Program: May - September/October
Type: Private/Charter - Seasonal
During guest periods on board, an additional Stew will be present to support the interior.
The primary role will be that of Chef during charter periods, when the Stew is on board and guests are present. During downtime or when there are no guests, the Chef will also be responsible for the stew department, including management of the interior department, cleaning, and overall organization .
Main Responsibilities
• Preparation of high-quality meals for Owner, Guests, and Crew
• Full management of the galley and provisioning
• Previous sailing yacht experience strongly preferred
• Ability to cook while underway (considered a plus)
Requirements
• Valid STCW certification
• Valid medical certificate (2-year validity)
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
• Driving licence
• Good command of the English language
• Experience on sailing yachts
• Strong culinary knowledge and versatility
