Chef/Cook on 31m Yacht
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook on yachts
- 3–5 years of experience in high-end restaurants
- Experience provisioning in different cruising areas.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine (Mediterranean, European, healthy cuisine).
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, keto, etc.).
- Excellent food presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
Mandatory:
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
- Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Valid passport
- Seaman’s Book
- Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
