Summary

Chef/Cook on 31m Yacht

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef/Cook on yachts
  • 3–5 years of experience in high-end restaurants
  • Experience provisioning in different cruising areas.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of international cuisine (Mediterranean, European, healthy cuisine).
  • Knowledge of special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, keto, etc.).
  • Excellent food presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

Mandatory:

  • Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
  • Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
  • Valid passport
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
