Summary
Privately Owner 74m World Cruising yacht is seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand with large tender driving to join the vessel in Barcelona, Spain.
The yacht is currently undergoing a shipyard period until mid May. After the shipyard, the vessel will head to Norway for owners cruising in June. Further summer cruising likely in the Eastern Med, followed by a winter shipyard period in Barcelona.
2027 the vessel will head over to Costa Rica and Cocos Islands, followed by Alaska cruising. This is a great opportunity for a serious candidate who is looking to get off the beaten track, gain lots of sea time for their Officer of The Watch.
The owners use is heavily focused on watersports, surfing, diving and fishing.
We have an active, diverse multi national crew aboard with each department showcasing strong longevity. With this, it is a very enjoyable living and working atmosphere.
Fantastic training budget onboard, internal progression and promotion is showcased with this position becoming available.
With the owners being incredibly fit and active, the candidates we are seeking need to have diving qualifications, have watersports experience (kitesurfing, E-Foils etc etc) and be into hiking and excercise.
Jet Tender and twin screw tender experience a must.
