32m SY looking for a full time mate with YM offshore, minimum & 2 seasons in a similar position Or deckhand who wants to step up. The yacht sails extensively so good sailing & navigating skills are essential. A strong command of deck maintenance and organisational skills are also required. The yacht is currently in Mallorca undergoing works. It will cruise either the British Isles or the Med for Summer before crossing to the Caribbean for Winter. Watchleader experience is essential.
