A well run private 40m motor yacht is seeking a permanent Chief Officer to join a professional and positive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a stable program with a supportive environment. The role offers a monthly salary of EUR 5,000–5,500 and 42 days of annual leave.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chief Officer or on similar-sized vessels, holding a Chief Mate <3,000 GT qualification. Strong leadership, organisational and navigation skills are essential.
