Position: Deck–Engineer
A 38m (2025 Dutch build) motor yacht currently based in St. Maarten is seeking a motivated and career-driven Deck–Engineer to join a busy dual-season charter and private program.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional candidate with strong deck operations and engineering knowledge.
Requirements:
Minimum Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster
Approved Engine Course (AEC)
Solid hands-on deck and engineering experience
B1/B2 visa (essential)
Package:
USD $4,500–5,000 per month (DOE)
60 days’ leave following a 90-day probation period
Immediate start preferred
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely American owner with an active charter schedule. The vessel is expected to cross to the Mediterranean in early 2027.
