Vessel: 55m Private Motor Yacht
Location: North Sea / North Atlantic / Mediterranean
Start Date: 1st ff February 2026
Contract: Permanent
Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Deckhand to join our busy private motor yacht for the upcoming season.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 season experience on a similar-sized yacht preferred
- Valid STCW (incl. PDSD)
- ENG1 medical certificate
- Yacht Rating or equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Tender driving experience required (Powerboat Level II preferred)
- Basic maintenance and painting skills
- Good knowledge of deck operations and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Well-presented and guest-focused
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Daily deck maintenance (washing down, polishing, varnish, stainless steel care)
- Assisting with docking and anchoring operations
- Tender driving and guest transfers
- Watersports setup and supervision
- Assisting with safety drills and equipment checks
- Supporting interior team when required
