Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sole Chef for a 27-meter motor yacht based in the United States, currently located in Florida and cruising the New England during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in meal planning and preparation, with a strong proficiency in Raw Vegan Cuisine. Responsibilities will include managing all food-related provisions, ensuring proper stowage, and creating healthy meals for the crew and guests. The successful applicant must have up-to-date culinary credentials, be self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. This is a permanent position on a yacht with a crew of four, and non-smoking candidates are preferred.
