We are currently looking for restaurant trained sole chef for this 40m private vessel. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sole chef on a MY prior, be extremely confident cooking a range of different cuisines and styles. Experience with Michelin star quality looked at favorably. Excellent organisation and cleanliness; able to maintain a spotless galley. Calm, self-sufficient, and adaptable with strong communication with Captain and Chief Stewardess for planning and provisioning.
