Summary
We are currently seeking a Captain for a 50-meter dual-season motor yacht operating both privately and on charter.
The vessel is currently cruising the Caribbean until April before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season. We are looking for a captain with extensive experience in the Bahamas and the Med. Proven charter experience is essential.
We are looking for a confident and capable leader who can step into an already well-established program with a strong, motivated crew in place. A collaborative and hands-on management style is key — this position is not suited to a micromanagement approach.
Package on offer:
- Full rotation
- €11,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
To be considered, candidates must hold a valid B1/B2 visa and, where applicable, a Schengen visa.
