Summary
Lovely 30m sailing yacht is seeking a dedicated Mate/Engineer to join a crew of four on a full time basis, starting no later than March 23rd in the Caribbean. This dual-role position requires a competent sailor capable of holding watch and maneuvering the yacht as needed. The ideal candidate will possess both AEC 1&2 and YM Offshore certifications, demonstrating solid engineering skills, particularly with hydraulics. Responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, maintaining the yacht’s engineering systems, and ensuring safety and efficiency during a busy program that includes private use and occasional charters, along with participation in racing events.
