Private/Sole Chef – Private 50m+ MY (RH - 4772)
Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for a permanent Private/Sole Chef to join a highly desirable 50m+ Superyacht. The vessel is currently located in Europe and operating on a Single Cruising Season (Mediterranean) and Private Residence in Europe itinerary (Rest of the year), running a busy Private program.
- Start date: February/March
- Location: Europe
- Package: Salary in Euros
- 90 days leave taken outside of Summer Season/Christmas Holidays
Experience and attributes required:
- Professionally trained, with experience on either yachts or private households
- Passionate about Seasonal and International Cuisines
- Confident in planning menus, provisioning and working independently
- Confident across multiple culinary traditions, with a strong emphasis on fresh produce
Qualifications required:
- Culinary trained would be beneficial
- Valid STCW's and Medical.
- Ships Cook Certificate would be a bonus
