Summary
We are currently seeking a Junior Captain for a 50-meter dual-season motor yacht operating both privately and on charter.
The vessel is currently in Florida until April before returning to the Mediterranean for the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity for a Captain stepping up from a smaller yacht, or a Chief Officer from a larger program ready to take on their first command. Proven charter experience is essential.
We are looking for a confident and capable leader who can step into an already well-established program with a strong, motivated crew in place. A collaborative and hands-on management style is key — this position is not suited to a micromanagement approach.
Package on offer:
- Full rotation
- €11,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
