35m Motor Yacht | Private & Charter | New Build
We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a stunning 35m new-build motor yacht, operating on a private and light charter programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role early, with time to establish systems, procure thoughtfully, and shape the onboard service ahead of launch.
The ideal candidate will bring previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized vessels, paired with a calm, grounded leadership style and a genuine love for family-oriented service. The owners are discreet, hands-on, and value warmth, professionalism, and consistency.
Key Requirements
- Proven Chief Stewardess experience on comparable yachts
- Strong background in family-focused programmes, including interaction with children
- Impeccable standards in housekeeping and guest service
- Confident managing and mentoring a small interior team within a 5-crew structure
- Energetic, discreet, and naturally personable, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Organised and proactive, particularly during new-build setup and procurement
Package
- Salary: USD 7,000 per month
- Leave: 60 days per year
- Start Date: April 2026 (early start to oversee setup and procurement ahead of launch)
