Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deckhand with dive master or advanced diving qualifications for the upcoming 2026 season aboard a 45m motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting charter operations during the summer months, as well as assisting with owner usage and dive operations outside of these periods. The yacht has a strong history in the charter market, with a loyal clientele and a dedicated crew of nine, including a rotation captain team with extensive experience. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role, demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, and contribute positively to a respectful and professional environment. This seasonal position offers potential for full-time employment for the right individual. Competitive salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from €3,000 to €3,500. The contract runs from mid-March to the end of October.
