Fleet Media & Content Creator
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Media & Content Creator to join a private luxury yacht fleet in a dynamic, hands-on role. This is a highly creative position suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining storytelling with structure, organisation and discretion. You will be the sole driver of all media and content across the fleet, working closely with the Captain, Purser and senior team. From capturing unforgettable guest moments to building polished, guest-facing materials, this role blends creativity, marketing and operational thinking in a truly unique setting.
- The Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end media production, including:
· Photo and video coverage during owner and charter trips, with same-day delivery
· Drone operations, watersports, underwater and lifestyle shooting
· Editing daily photo selections, recap videos and end-of-trip films
· Managing all media equipment, storage systems and backups
· Designing guest and crew photobooks and print-ready materials
· Creating guest-facing digital content: itineraries, maps, guides, brochures and presentations
· Internal projects including crew newsletters, training materials and brand templates
· Building workflows, templates and systems to keep media organised and secure
During guest trips, days can be long and varied, early drone flights, on-water shooting, editing, guest materials and assisting with guest operations. Off-trip periods focus on preparation, organisation, creative projects and future trip planning.
The Ideal Candidate
· Background in marketing, advertising, media or visual communications
· Confident shooting photo, video and drone in fast-moving environments
· Strong editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Canva)
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and discretion
· Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
· Polished, professional and crew-minded
· A genuine sense of adventure and flexibility
- Yachting experience is welcome but not essential, luxury or UHNW experience is highly valued.
- Working remotely from home, anywhere in the world and then travel to and from the yacht
- Salary DOE - great package
- Start ASAP - Yacht can put the right candidate though their STCW
