Itinerary: Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean
We are seeking an active and motivated Chief Officer to join 50m motor yacht currently in Fort Lauderdale. This is a private family / light charter program with a fantastic captain onboard. The ideal candidate will be comfortable splitting time between deck and bridge related duties.
Requirements
- CM 3000 license preferred
- Charter experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards for service, vessel maintenance and crew conduct with a discreet and polished demeanor
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team toward shared objectives
- Experience overseeing safe manning, drills and safety management onboard
- Competency in bridge duties and admin/ISM paperwork
- Strong understanding of vessel maintenance schedules and requirements
- Must have valid B1B2 Visa or US Passport / legal authorization to work in the US
- Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment
- Fluent in English
Package
Salary: $9,000 monthly
Leave: 48 days annually
